Our Electricity, Recycling, and Food & Agriculture Programs combined have the potential to reduce over 850,000 metric tons of CO2 equivalent by 2030. That is equal to removing 183,000 gasoline-powered cars from the road for an entire year.

Electricity

Our goal is to reduce over 333,000 metric tons of CO2 equivalent by 2030 through empowering Cobb County to install smart thermostats, rooftop solar, and shifting energy use to off-peak times.

Recycling

Our goal is to reduce over 365,000 metric tons CO2 equivalent by 2030 through increased access to recycling infrastructure in Cobb County businesses, sporting and entertainment venues.

Food & Agriculture

Our goal is to reduce over 152,000 metric tons CO2 equivalent by 2030 through programs enabling composting, food waste reduction, and access to lower-carbon emitting diets.
